Recently, when importing a solution with a Power Automate Flow from a Dev/Test to Production environment I came across a small issue. My Power Automate flow was not being updated to the most recent version included in the new solution.

 

Upon further inspection of the solution I discovered there was an active unmanaged layer for this particular flow which blocked the update. I deleted the unmanaged layer and the flow worked!

 

 

If you ever run into this problem, check the imported solution in the target environment for any unmanaged layers 👍
